1. General Policy

All payments made to Bright Nest Cleaning Co. are non-refundable. Each appointment reserves dedicated time, travel, and resources for your home or business. Because our schedule fills quickly, we are unable to issue refunds once a booking has been confirmed.

To maintain flexibility for our clients, payments may be applied as a service credit or transferred as a gift to another person if the rescheduling policy below is followed.

2. Rescheduling & Credit Transfers

  • Clients may reschedule their cleaning with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.

  • The service credit must be used within 60 days of the original booking date.

  • Credits may be transferred to another person (for example, as a gift) if the original client notifies Bright Nest Cleaning Co. in advance of the transfer.

  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Failure to reschedule within 60 days will result in forfeiture of the credit.

3. Missed Appointments & No-Shows

If a Bright Nest cleaner arrives and is unable to access the property, the home is not ready to be cleaned, or the client fails to notify us of a reschedule, the service is considered fulfilled and no refund or credit will be issued.
This policy reflects the time, travel, and preparation required for each appointment.

4. Service Quality Adjustments

We are committed to exceptional standards. If a concern arises about the quality of service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. In most cases, we will return to address the area of concern at no additional cost.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.

6. Policy Updates

Bright Nest Cleaning Co. may update this Refund Policy periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
