1. General Terms

By booking a service with Bright Nest Cleaning Co., you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies ensure clarity, fairness, and consistent quality for every client.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

  • All payments are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a rescheduled service within the policy window (see Section 3).

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

  • Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled cleaning.

  • Rescheduled appointments must take place within 60 days of the original booking.

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the service credit.

  • If a Bright Nest cleaner arrives and is unable to access the property, finds the home not ready to be cleaned, or the client failed to notify us of a reschedule, the service is considered fulfilled and no refund or credit will be issued.

  • This policy reflects the time, energy, and travel commitment required for each appointment.

4. Access to Property

Please ensure Bright Nest Cleaning Co. staff have safe and timely access to the property. If entry is delayed or prevented, the appointment will be treated as a missed service and forfeited as outlined above.

5. Service Limitations

  • Our cleaning professionals focus exclusively on cleaning services; they do not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.

  • Some buildup, stains, or wear may not be fully removable despite best efforts.

  • For safety reasons, our team cannot clean areas beyond reach without proper equipment or that require climbing higher than a standard step stool.

6. Satisfaction Policy

If any area of your space does not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We will gladly return to re-clean the area if needed.

7. Safety & Eco Standards

We proudly use eco-friendly, non-toxic products and steam-based sanitation methods for a safe, healthy, and chemical-free clean. Please inform us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities.

8. Liability

Bright Nest Cleaning Co. is insured and exercises the utmost care while cleaning your home or business. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (such as loose fixtures, unstable shelving, or worn surfaces).

9. Pricing & Estimates

All prices are based on average cleaning times and standard home sizes. Additional time or requested add-on services may adjust the rate, and any changes will be discussed and approved in advance.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
